hardware problems, such as failing hard drives, CD/DVD errors,
monitor issues. We will repair / replace the problem components and
get your system back up and running fast!

Repair/Installation
Quite often the problems many users face are not hardware at
all, but rather conflicts between sofware programs, or software that
has been damaged by viruses, malware, or other unwanted pests. We can
resolve these issues by troubleshooting, repairing or re-installing the
misbehaving programs. We can also help you to determine the best
software for your particular interests, then install and test the
program so it is ready for use.

Data Recovery
We can retrieve data from most damaged hard drives,
floppy disks, and other magnetic/optical media. Whether lost as a result of virus or malware attack,
physical damage to the drive, or simple human error, RNS Systems has the tools and experience to recover it,
even if the PC is no longer working. (When you do suffer a data loss, stop using the damaged drive/disk
immediately to help preserve the data on it.)

Some services may carry a higher rate; customer will be advised in advance if this is the case. the term "hourly rate" refers to the amount charged customer for each hour of labor; a partial hour of labor will be rounded up to the nearest whole hour.
